According to reports in the Denver Business News and The Denver Post, King Soopers parent Kroger may replace Walmart as 9th and Colorado Blvd anchor.

The Colorado Boulevard Healthcare District (CBHD) Meeting will take place Dec 6, 2012 4:00 at Hill Middle School. According to Marcus Pachner all of the stakeholders will be present to provide an update on the project.
