The CBHD Board will be hosting a special meeting on Wednesday, February 20th at 5:00 pm.  The location of this meeting is at Hill Middle School.  451 Clermont St.

There will be a brief general update on the 9th/Colorado development.  We will also discuss the remediation and demolition plan for the area from Bellaire to Clermont between 8th and 9th Avenue (with the exception of the parking garage).  This remediation and subsequent demolition will ultimately result in multifamily residential units being constructed on the site.  In addition to these topics, the CBHD Board will be discussing a number of administrative topics.
