The CBHD will be holding its regularly scheduled board meeting on Thursday, April 3rd at 4:00 p.m. at Rose Medical Center – Goodstein Conference Rooms 1 & 2.  The rooms are located in the basement with elevator access just off the lobby.

Representatives from Alliance Residential will give an update on their Broadstone at 9th project.

Continuum Partners will not give an update at this meeting as they are still holding meetings with individual neighborhoods to gain feedback about the concept plan that was presented at the March meeting of the CBHD.  We believe that they will give an update at the meeting scheduled for May 1st.
