On April 24 until May 3 2015, Congress Park Neighbors Inc conducted a survey to gauge attitudes from residents (particularly close in neighbors) regarding a proposed use by right Methadone clinic.  The survey was distributed via Congress Parks Neighbors mailing list (671 addresses), Next Door Congress Park (1055), FaceBook  320 and this website.
