On August 21 2019 Congress Park Neighbors hosted City Planners Curt Upton and Scott Robinson to talk about the proposed Neighborhood Planning Initiative. This plan will replace the long time Congress Park Neighborhood plan. The plan called the East Central Plan will include N. Capitol Hill, Capitol Hill, Cheesman Park, City Park, and City Park West neighborhoods.
