Good Afternoon –
Community Planning and Development is providing notice that the Denver Landmark Preservation Commission has received a Landmark designation application for the Stahl House, at 1272 Columbine Street. This is an owner-supported designation application. Landmark preservation staff has found that the application meets the Denver landmark criteria for designation and has set a public hearing before the Landmark Preservation Commission.
The public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, December 1st at 1:00pm. This meeting will be virtual and instructions for how to participate can be found here.
The designation application and complete public hearing schedule, as well as additional information on the designation process, will be posted to www.denvergov.org/preservation. Written public comments received by city staff (email to landmark@denvergov.org) by 12:00 p.m. the day prior to the scheduled public hearing will be forwarded to the Landmark Preservation Commission.
