On December 16 2020, Congress Park Neighbors Inc conducted its annual members meeting. 34 people attended this meeting with 27 members in good standing and eligible to vote.

Attendees were Alison Phillips Sheesley, April Montgomery, Beth McCann, David Keller, Eleni Sarris, Jacqueline Altreuter, Jeanine Draut, Jeff Harbaugh, John Quintana, Jon Hindlemann, Julie Meyers, Karen Miller, Ketty Devieux, Kyle Rose, Linda Ferry, Maggie Price, Barb Rivera, Michael Smith, Myles Tangalin, Nancy Aben, Shayne Brady, Tony Smith, Stephanie Subramanian, Steven Eppler, Steve Schuller, Tom Conis, Vicki Eppler, Kim Irby,  Jeffrey Garcia, Judith Cohen, Leah Jarvis, Sara del Valle Ruiz, Timothy O’brien

Voting was conducted remotely by Survey Monkey, 19 votes were returned on 12-19-20. 100% of returned votes elected to retain the current board members and to alter portions of the by-laws.

This meeting fulfilled the obligation to the City that the RNO  hold a membership meeting where members could vote.  According to City rules regarding RNO’s at least 12 members must be present.
