Could you please share an updated map of the area in Congress Park that requires bin pick up in the street? The one we have is inaccurate based on what is really happening when pick up occurs. The video you shared at the town hall with the truck and the narrow alley, you said it was taken that morning, which was Wednesday. We don’t have a Wednesday pick up anywhere in Congress Park. When was it really taken? Where was it taken?
Thank you for your help, we are trying to understand what is happening in our neighborhood.
Regards,

Hi Vicki,
I’m assisting with a response to your email below. The team isn’t sure what map you’re referring to from the meeting the other night, but attached is a map that shows, block by block, where we are collecting trash in the alley (A) and where we are collecting trash at the curb (C) in the Congress Park neighborhood.
Regarding the video, it was requested that the team make a video of the challenges of operating in the alleys. They made the video on a Wednesday in the alley bounded by 10th Ave, 11th Ave, Garfield St and Jackson St. You are correct; we don’t collect in that area on Wednesdays – we were there for the purposes of making the video.
Sincerely,
Nancy Kuhn
