On January 28 2020 Congress Park Neighbors Inc, asked for additional outreach to residents in the whole of ECAP by providing an extension of comments until June 5, and by providing additional notices that include notification physically delivered to each address in the neighborhoods, such as post cards. In 2018 a resolution 18-0994 approving a proposed Professional Services Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Progressive Urban Management Associates, Inc., d/b/a P.U.M.A., Inc., for consulting services regarding neighborhoods along East Colfax Avenue.
