At the beginning of Let’s Be Frank: a walking field study, we gathered on the porch of Barbara and Frank, two of our neighbors. About 50 people participated. We divided into small groups and explored Colfax A, Colfax B, Madison and Cook streets. Two hours later, a half-dozen remained on the porch, pondering many aspects of our historic neighborhood.
