Public Meeting On Proposed New Parking Regulation

NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATIONAL PARKING FORUM   Please go to http://www.congressparkneighbors.org/zoning/ParkingPermitRules_10_2013.pdf to see the proposed new rules that deal with fees, apartment rules, and the 80% rule of residential units. In 2011 CPN and South City Park participated in a joint parking survey that identified parking problems on both sides of E. Colfax.  See it here

Denver Forestry Prepares for Impacts The recent confirmation of Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) within the City of Boulder introduces a new tree pest to the metro-Denver urban forest that could impact 100’s of thousands of property owners across the Front Range of Colorado.
