Vicki opened the meeting at 7:02pm explaining what an RNO is and what we do. CPN has been active for over 40 years. She advised questions should be directed to chat and the meeting would be recorded. Also advised that the meeting would be recorded.
Conservation Overlay- Libby Kaiser of Community Planning and Development gave a presentation on what a conservation overlay is how the fit it and can be a zoning tool. Questions and Answers followed.
Vicki then shared with the group the process and progress made so far.
Vicki announced that the next meeting is October 17 and adjourned the meeting at 750pm.
