Dear CPN:
I live at 11th Ave. and St. Paul St. I’m watching the redevelopment at 1074 and 1076 St. Paul in total disbelief. Other neighbors are equally appalled. How this project got through design review is beyond me. Two or three months ago I had the inclination to request looking at the designs. I’m very sorry I didn’t because I would have blown a whistle on this mess. The structures look like huge apartment buildings. They could hardly be more of an affront to the Congress Park Neighborhood
The developer of this project has made nothing but enemies since this project began. He could care a less about Congress Park aside from making money.
What can be done?!
