As a response to the recent modification of solid waste carts by the Department Of Transportation and Infrastructure in June 2021 a survey was created to gauge resident attitudes and responses. The survey was released on November 11 2021 and was closed December 3 2021. As in years past, parking will be restricted during the Botanic Gardens’ Blossoms of Light display, which this year is from Nov. 19–Jan. 8, holidays excepted. The restrictions are designed to help residents find on-street parking during the event, which attracts lots of traffic. Attached please find a map of the affected blocks and the wording that will appear on the signs.
If you have a car that you park on the street, and that car is not registered in the parking program, it might be ticketed. To get the car registered, you can call 720-913-5365, Ext. 6, to get your car into the program. The parking department likes to get this process over with in early May, so they might push back a bit, but we believe they will eventually agree.
