Board/Membership meeting

Attendance:  Tom Conis*, Vicki Eppler*, Maggie Price*, Myles Tangalin*, Linda Ferry*, Judith Spiegel*, Stephen Goldstone*, Kyle Rose*, Adam and Halena Burguet, Judith Cohen*, Peter Cooper*, Sarah Komppa*, Bryan Wilson*, Allen Staver, Lawrence Goldman*, Karen Miller*, Julie Meyers*, Stephen Eppler*.

*member in good standing.

Vicki announced the meeting would be recorded.

Vicki opened the meeting explaining what our RNO is and how it functions, and gave a synopsis of what the RNO had been working on the last year and what issues the board will continue to work on for the next year..

The standing board was introduced: Vicki Eppler, Myles Tangalin, Wendy Moraski, Tom Conis, Maggie Price, new board members, Judith Cohen, Sarah Snider Komppa,   and provided information on what their roles were and what projects they had been involved with regarding their service to the neighborhood and what projected issues were for the last year and near future.

Ballots to be emailed to members of good standing in attendance on December 21, 2023.

Bryan Wilson nominated Julie Meyers for a position on the board, and she declined.

Announcements:  Review Ballot process and announce next meeting February 15, 2023

Meeting adjourned 741pm.

16 ballots were sent out.  14 were returned, 13 supported retention , 1 did not support
