Vicki Eppler called the meeting to order and explained how the board functions.  She then asked the Board Members present to introduce themselves and to give a brief synopsis of their interest, duties and activities on behalf of the neighborhood.

Vicki then explained the voting process for the election  via survey monkey.  She asked for nomination from the floor and requested if anyone had an interest of serving on the board.

Vicki apologized for the scheduled speaker, Art Mejia from solid waste, who withdrew shortly before the meeting.

Vicki made announcements regarding the 7th Avenue Historic addition which passed city council last monday.  She then talked about our interactions with DOTI and Art Mejia and talked about the survey that was forwarded to DOTI.

Vicki then opened the floor for discussions of various other issues in the neighborhood.
